Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and us when you order. Written to be understood, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Who may order

You must be 18 or over to place an order. We sell footwear for children, but the contract is with an adult. By ordering you confirm the details you give us are accurate and the payment method is yours to use.

Prices and what you pay

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it. We may decline an order, and will refund you in full and say why, if:

Stock and descriptions

We photograph our own products and describe them ourselves. Colours can look different between screens, and handmade detailing varies slightly between pairs — that variation is the nature of the product, not a defect. If a pair is genuinely not what was described, it is a return and we pay for it.

Delivery

Returns and cancellations

Set out in full on the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page, which forms part of these terms.

Your account

Reviews you write

Reviews must be your own experience of a product you bought. We publish them as written, including critical ones. We do not publish reviews containing other companies' contact details, abuse, or anything unlawful. We never edit the words of a review to make it more flattering.

Our content

The photographs, designs, text and the RSMART name on this site are ours. Please do not copy them for commercial use. Sharing a product link or photo to recommend us is welcome.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying goods as described and for putting things right when they are not — a refund or a replacement, as set out in the returns policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, and nothing here is intended to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi. This does not remove your right to approach a Consumer Forum where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Significant changes will be said plainly, not slipped in.
