Privacy Policy
This page says what we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be agreed to without reading.

What we collect, and why

What we never collect
- Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank details. These are entered on the payment provider's own screen and never reach this website. We are told only whether a payment succeeded.
- We do not buy personal data about you from anyone, and we do not sell or rent yours.
Measurement and advertising
We separate two things that are often lumped together, because they are not the same:
- Measuring our own shop — how many people saw a product, where a checkout was abandoned, what was searched for. This runs all the time. It is how a small shop finds its own faults.
- Advertising tags — these let another company recognise you elsewhere on the internet and show you our advert. These run only while a campaign is on, and are switched off in between.

Who else sees your information
- The courier — your name, address and phone, so the parcel arrives. Nothing else.
- The payment provider — handles the payment itself. We never see your card or UPI details.
- Our email provider — to deliver order updates and password resets.
- Measurement and advertising services — as listed above, and only while they are switched on.
We do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices — kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Your account — until you ask us to close it.
- Support conversations — kept while the matter is open, and for a reasonable period after, so we can answer if it comes back.
- How you reached us — the campaign that brought you is stored with the order it led to.
What you can ask us to do
Write to us and we will act on any of these:
- See what we hold about you. Most of it is already in My Account.
- Correct anything wrong. You can edit your own details at any time.
- Delete your account and the personal information in it. Orders already placed are kept where the law requires us to, and we will say exactly what has to stay and why.
- Stop marketing messages. Order updates will continue, because those are about something you bought.
You can also block or clear these in your own browser's settings at any time, without asking us.
Keeping it safe
- The whole site is served over HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; a password reset link works once and expires.
- Accounts can turn on two-step sign-in, which we recommend.
- Staff access to customer data is limited to what the work needs.
Children
We sell footwear for children, but we sell it to adults. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so rather than leave you to notice.
